MOZART : the Music, the Freemason

Mozart was a committed Freemason who used his genius to provide the society he cared so deeply about with suitable music.
Existing literature on Mozart and his Masonic association is often dated. In this new book, David Vergauwen, director of Cedom, places Mozart’s Freemasonry in the context of his time. Even Freemasonry evolves when times force it to. And this is precisely what we hear in Mozart.
The words are put into action by the Terra Nova Collective, directed by Vlad Weverbergh, who will perform Mozart’s Masonic music on historic instruments in the Grand Temple in the Rue de Laeken, with the participation of Christoph Prégardien;

On Sunday February 16, Cedom and the Belgian Museum of Freemasonry are organizing a study day devoted to Mozart and Freemasonry.
